1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Novara-Labs website (novaralabs.com) or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or purchase any products.

2. Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption

All products sold by Novara-Labs are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals. They are not dietary supplements, drugs, or food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher who will use these compounds solely in a controlled research environment in compliance with all applicable laws. Any other use is strictly prohibited and solely the buyer's responsibility.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Novara-Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or policy violations.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed.
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment.
• Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
• Novara-Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the import of our products is legal in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for packages seized by customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

7. No Medical Advice

8. Limitation of Liability
