My Story

I survived something most people don't.

I was in a catastrophic accident that shattered my vertebrae C1 through C4 and put me in a coma for 108 days. When I woke up, I was diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury. Doctors were honest with me — TBI recovery is slow, uncertain, and there's no clear finish line.

Conventional medicine helped me stabilize, but it couldn't touch the cognitive fog, the fatigue, or the neurological damage that lingered. I started researching everything science had to offer. That research led me to peptides — bioactive compounds that work at a cellular level and are being studied for their potential in healing, neuroprotection, and tissue repair.

I'm still on that journey. I haven't "solved" my TBI — but exploring these compounds has become a meaningful part of my recovery, and I want others in similar situations to have access to the same research I've been doing. That's why I built Novara-Labs.

Everything on this site is something I've personally researched and believe has real potential. I'm not a doctor and I'm not making medical claims — I'm someone who went looking for answers and wants to make that search easier for others.

My Timeline
Day 1 — Waking Up
Came out of a 108-day coma with C1–C4 fractures and a TBI diagnosis. Doctors were upfront — there's no set timeline for this kind of recovery. You just go.
Months 1–6 — Rehab
Intensive physical and cognitive rehabilitation. Progress was real but slow. The brain fog, fatigue, and memory gaps were the hardest parts — things medicine could manage but not fix.
Month 8+ — Down the Rabbit Hole
Started researching peptides seriously. Found studies on BPC-157 / TB-500 for tissue repair and neuroprotection. Started exploring — cautiously and with a lot of reading first.
Year 1–2 — Expanding the Research
Dug into Dihexa, NAD+, and other compounds being studied for neurological support. TBI recovery isn't linear — I had good weeks and hard weeks — but I kept researching.
Today — Still Exploring
I'm still on this journey. I built Novara-Labs because finding quality compounds and reliable information took me months of research. I want to make that easier for anyone else going through something similar.
