Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit a request below within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We will review each case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 2 business days and check with neighbors. If still missing, submit a request below and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
